The BCHA is pleased to share our submission for the Federal Growth Strategy, which mirrors key asks from our national hotel and tourism sector. In addition to outlining the key asks and pillars in our collective strategy — Labour, Borders and Transportation, Investment and Building a Regenerative and Inclusive Tourism Sector– the BCHA always drew attention to key infrastructure projects across BC to address our hotel shortage; provincial workforce projects, training programs, and upskilling opportunities; immigration policy changes to support ; along with investments in provincial sustainability programs.
