WHAT DOES THE SERIES INCLUDE:
This six-part, live, online series develops leadership skills including your approach to being a leader, organizational skills, communicating to connect, people skills and how to keep yourself motivated.  Theresa Ito (known to some as the Leader Whisperer) is a vibrant, caring, experienced hotelier with an abundance of tools and best practices to share which will improve how you lead and bring more joy into your leadership roles.
  • Six weekly 1 hour sessions from March 7th – May 16th

WHEN ARE THE SESSIONS?   
  • The six 1 hour sessions take place every other Tuesday at 11am PST (12pm MST) from March 7th until until May 16th.

MEET YOUR INSTRUCTOR
Theresa Ito is passionate about people, having worked in leadership internationally for over 30 years, she loves nothing better than being part of people’s growth. Theresa is energetic and her sessions are always filled with leadership best practices, real-life solutions, useful anecdotes and a healthy dose of humour, and that is why she has been successful with her company Blue Mountain Solutions Inc., developing leaders and teams in person and online.

Born and raised in Jamaica, Theresa was Sandals Resort’s first female General Manager and has lived in both Jamaica and England for 20 years each. Through Blue Mountain Solutions, Theresa successfully trained leadership teams in England for many years and now based in beautiful Vancouver Island with her family, she enjoys providing services to a host of local and international clientele, assisting them to thrive in business. During her illustrious career in hospitality, Theresa has successfully led teams in iconic brands including Fairmont Hotels, Le Meridien, Sandals Resorts, and Hilton International. 
 
Theresa is a certified John Maxwell Team Member, a facilitator for ‘The 7 Habits of Highly Effective People’ and was an instructor at Royal Roads University.
